Europe 2020: The 10th Biennial World Congress
The World Federation of Colleges and Polytechnics is pleased to announce the 2020 World Congress will be held in Donostia San Sebastián under the theme VET Excellence – For All. Europe 2020 will be hosted by Tknika (Basque Country) and the Association of Colleges (UK). 2020 will mark the 10th World Congress of the World Federation of Colleges and Polytechnics (WFCP).
WFCP 2018 World Congress
The 2018 World Congress in Melbourne, Australia has officially wrapped up with a closing ceremony focussed on students, a reminder to the 800 delegates in attendance, of the core of professional and technical education and training (PTET). Over 250 delegates travelled from all corners of the globe to participate in the World Congress and pre-Congress activities.
The WFCP Recognizes Excellence in Professional and Technical Education and Training
The World Federation of Colleges and Polytechnics presented its third Awards of Excellence, recognizing leaders in the field of professional and technical education and training.
Official Notice: Special Meeting of Members
The World Federation of Colleges and Polytechnics hereby notifies its members that a Special Meeting of Members will be held at the World Congress in order to elect members to the Board of Directors. The meeting will take place following the closing of the 9th World Congress in Melbourne, on Wednesday October 10, 2018 at 5:15 p.m. (AEST).
The Council of Community Colleges of Jamaica 2019 International Conference: Call for Papers
The Council of Community Colleges of Jamaica (CCCJ) is now accepting proposals for presentations at its 2019 International Conference. You are welcome to submit your research abstract to the 2019 International Conference under the theme “CCCJ: Forging Pathways for Future Empowerment.”

Announcing: Finalists for the 2018 Awards of Excellence
After evaluation and deliberation by the international Awards Committee, the World Federation of Colleges and Polytechnics is pleased to announce the 2018 finalists for the Awards of Excellence. This year’s awards was met with great interest; with 82 nominations received, the Awards Committee faced a challenging task – not just in volume – but in selecting from the best around the world. The 2018 submissions demonstrated the innovation, dedication, and spirit of the individuals and institutions in the professional and technical education and training sector. Recipients will be announced at a ceremony to be held on October 9, 2018 in Melbourne, Australia during the 2018 World Congress.
World Federation of Colleges and Polytechnics: Annual General Meeting
The World Federation of Colleges and Polytechnics (WFCP) hereby notifies its members that the Annual General Meeting will be held at Kursaal Palace in San Sebastian, Basque Country. The AGM will take place in on May 31, 2018 at 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m., Central European Summer Time (CEST).
