WFCP Appoints Researcher to lead WFCP's Global Statement on Artificial Intelligence

Ottawa, February 22, 2024 – Following a thorough assessment of applications received, we are pleased to announced that Joel Mullan, Director of Analytic Learning, has been selected as the lead researcher for the WFCP Global Statement on Artificial Intelligence.

Joel Mullan is Director of Analytic Learning, a specialist research and policy consultancy focused on global education and skills. He has particular expertise in skills policy, TVET, and edtech – with previous clients including UN agencies, NGOs and educational institutions.

Joel was previously Head of Policy and Partnerships for the Global Schools Forum, worked on skills policy development for the Mayor of London, and in Liberia for the INGO Street Child. Before that he held senior strategy roles at Jisc, the UK’s agency for digital technology in tertiary education. He has a Master’s degree in Educational Planning, Economics and International Development from the UCL Institute of Education.
