Register for Webinar: Global Partnerships and Perspectives

Across the globe, countries are struggling to achieve economic recovery, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, which exacerbated the deprivations targeted by the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As higher education institutions have no immunity to their nations’ economic downturns, institutions across the globe are also developing programs and partnerships to recover.

Please join us on August 30, at 2:00 PM (EDT) for Global Partnerships and Perspectives, a live, one-hour Zoom webinar, sponsored by Hudson Valley Community College, part of the State University of New York.

The webinar will include presentations, a moderated discussion and Q&A with three members of the World Federation of Colleges and Polytechnics Board of Directors:

• Denise Amyot, President and CEO, Colleges and Institutes Canada;
• Roger Ramsammy, Ph.D., President, Hudson Valley Community College; and
• Yu Yougen, Deputy Secretary-General for the China Education Association for International Exchange

Attendees will learn from a diverse panel about innovative and impactful, cross-border collaborations that advance both the SDGs and the goals of their institutions and organizations. Further, attendees will take away practical tips to assist them in developing global partnerships.

There is no cost to attend and registration is open to all. We look forward to seeing you on August 30!

Can’t attend the webinar? You should still register — all registrants will receive a recording of the webinar and a copy of the presentation slides.
