The World Federation of Colleges and Polytechnics (WFCP) hereby notifies its members that the Annual General Meeting will be held on May 28th, 2020, at 7:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time). 

The meeting will achieve the following: 

• To receive the report from the Chair of the Board of Directors, 
• To receive the annual financial report, 
• To elect Directors to the Board, and 
• To transact such other business that may be brought properly before the Meeting, or, any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
