The meeting will achieve the following:
- To receive an update from the Chair of the Board of Directors;
- To approve the addition of new Officer positions on the Board of Directors;
- To elect members to the Board of Directors; and
- To transact such other business that may be brought properly before the Meeting, or, any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
Location: Shaw Centre, Ottawa, Canada
